- MTMelanie Trecha6 days ago1.0This was the wildest dental experience I’ve ever had….assigned here by covered California, so maybe that’s why I got terrible treatment. It looks like the saw basement, I was barely looked at, literally 3 seconds with the little mirror, and then told I needed the intense gum cleaning with numbing which was an extra couple hundred dollars. I have perfect teeth and have never needed this cleaning in my life so I adamantly refused and just asked for a normal cleaning. I was given a lot of attitude but after a 7 minute “cleaning” by the doctor (no hygienists I guess?) I was out of the chair, the doctor didn’t even say thank you or goodbye. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. If you do go, do not get the deep clean scam…the vast majority of people do not need this!!

- ADAmir DiazMar 14, 20221.0If I could give zero stars I would! This place has treated my very Mother poorly. They always change your appointment at the last min. They never know what your covered for on your insurance. Unfortunately not to pull the race card but, they act racist to me. I've seen them do a walk in from a regular client who was Caucasian but when my mother had an emergency she had to go to the emergency room at the hospital! I am not happy at all with their services. Mention the walk in because they made my mother wait 30 minutes PASSED her appointment to accommodate the other female. They need to act more professional!
