- ASAndrea SmithSep 3, 20251.0I came here for my first appointment. The dentist made me wait an hour before telling me I would have to wait an additional hour or cancel. This is not promising. The front desk person says they flake out of their appointments frequently

They never know what your covered for on your insurance. Unfortunately not to pull the race card but, they act racist to me. I've seen them do a walk in from a regular client who was Caucasian but when my mother had an emergency she had to go to the emergency room at the hospital! I am not happy at all with their services. Mention the walk in because they made my mother wait 30 minutes PASSED her appointment to accommodate the other female. They need to act more professional!
