Absolutely recommend to go here! Randy is the best! I got my hearing aids here and went in today for cleaning. I have moved but still go here. Randy is great at explaining things and always helpful!

Great service with very friendly folk. Randy is the best! Quick and easy. They worked with my insurance and made whole experience painless. Randy was excellent in answering questions and any concerns, all with a smile and welcome sense of humor.

They were ready for me when I arrived a little early. I was in and out for the hearing exam in about 30-35 mins.

Simply the best! The service provided to our 90 year old father-in-law was outstanding. We feel so blessed that he can now hear both in person and using a Bluetooth connection to his phone. We only regret that he did not get his hearing aids sooner.

Frequently Asked Questions About AudioNova

When should I use hearing protection?

You should always use hearing protection when engaging in high-noise recreational activities or work. These activities may include hunting, music concerts, motor sports, and/or construction. Noise-induced hearing loss can result from prolonged exposure to noise or a single, extremely loud event. The louder the sound, the quicker it can cause damage. If you notice ringing in your ears or temporary hearing loss after a loud noise exposure, the environment was too noisy and could be harmful. If that ringing or temporary hearing loss is persistent, it would be a good idea to contact us for a hearing evaluation.

Should I get my hearing tested?

If you suspect that you or a loved one may be experiencing hearing loss, it’s recommended that you seek help sooner rather than later. Hearing loss tends to develop gradually and is often noticeable to close friends and family well before the affected individual realizes it. Identifying and treating hearing loss promptly is crucial. Ignoring it could lead to significant long-term effects, such as increased risk of depression and dementia.
