  I would not recommend this dental office. There is a strong push to upsell services, and the billing practices are questionable at best. I was told I needed to pay a deductible for a preventive cleaning, even though my Delta Dental PPO plan clearly covers it at 100%. When I asked for clarification, the front desk staff were dismissive and unhelpful rather than transparent. Proceed with caution.

  I’ve been looking for the best dentist near me, and their office really stands out! They’re using some of the latest technology, and I was so impressed on my first visit. The front desk and dental assistants are super friendly and helpful. My kids and I really love their dental hygienist, Patty, and Dr. Dang. They’re excellent at what they do, and their care is top-notch. I’ve never felt so clean after a routine cleaning. Dr. Dang seems to be a perfectionist, which I appreciate, but I also like someone who’s thorough and not just good enough. They also have an in-house financial assistance manager who can help if you’re facing financial difficulties. They’ll find the best financial assistance solutions for you. Of course, great service comes with a price, but it’s definitely worth it.

  I had an amazing experience from the start of my interaction with Ana at the reception desk, she was fantastic, very friendly and provided an outstanding customer service experience. Ruby was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the financial aspect to provide affordable, sustainable options/solutions to cover the costs of my dental work after a precise assessment of my budget; and she provided outstanding, amazing service as well. She mastered the art of putting me at ease through the process flawlessly as it can be a source of anxiety for anyone. Dr. Parekh was fantastic as he laid the groundwork for what needed to be done, made sure I understood and answered my questions; and then proceeded to do the work in the most painless of ways. The dental assistants were the best. I've been looking for a dental practice I can trust for a long time and l've found it. I highly recommend Dentist of Bixby Knolls to everyone looking for a trustworthy practice for adults and children alike. Thank you very much for all the work everyone did! You are very professional and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience! Looking forward to seeing you guys soon!

  Very friendly staff and clean environment. Love the fact they have weekend appointments. I’ve gone here twice and must say I’ve have very pleasant experience. I would definitely refer to this office if you’re looking for something on Long Beach area.

  i was super nervous to go to the dentist. i haven’t been in years. my last experience at other places were filled with shame and pressure. this office was amazing!!! from the front office to the back, even including the financial manager (she’s was my fav). everyone was so helpful, informative, and made sure i was taken care of and feeling good about the plans for me to get in better shape.
