  Thursday my favorite flight attendant convinced me to attend a beginner’s Pilates class with her at Club Pilates. I haven’t taken a Pilates class in about 2 years, & when I tell you that beginner’s class humbled me… it humbled me. It worked muscles I forgot existed & stretched parts of my body that have probably never been stretched before. I was definitely a little sore walking out, but we had such a good time. The instructor was amazing, the studio was super clean, & the temperature inside was nice & the music was perfect. The machines were in pristine condition too. They also had a bunch of other gadgets around the studio like wall boards and stretch machines. I’m definitely just making up names for some of that equipment because I know they have real names… I just don’t remember them. The pricing was pretty reasonable. One of the options was about $129 for 4 classes, which works out to about once a week. They also had another that was around $229 for 8 classes, basically 2 classes a week. We really enjoyed ourselves & I’m glad she convinced me to go. I would definitely come back to this location again, & I’m seriously considering signing up for the 4 classes for $129. Definitely recommend!

  Let me start by saying that the manager Sabrina is the only person there that I've dealt with that knows the policies and procedures at this location. Tracy not very personable, maybe that's just the way she is. I've never seen her smile in all the times I've gone to a class. I called and canceled my membership last month only to be charged again this month! I called today after realizing this and it seems that my membership was never canceled in the system. You can only imagine that I was upset. Point being, I called to cancel only to hear i would lose whatever credits I had left on my account! Why was this not communicated prior so I knew last month I would lose my classes that I already paid for? It seems that the girl i spoke to last month didnt even tell me this nor even knew. This is ridiculous. So not only did I get recharged I also lost my credits. Sabrina was nice enough to refund me at the cost of losing all my credits I had prior. I will never go back to this location based off of lack of communication and training. Everyone's hound be well aware of what the cancelation policies are and procedures of how to refund. It should not be something only a manager knows. I don't know about anyone else but in this economy I bust my butt for my money and to lose what I had prior without knowing until told by the manager, is upsetting to hear. Do not sign up unless YOU ARE MADE WELL AWARE OF WHAT HAPPENS ONCE YOU CANCEL. You're charged and lose if you have any classes banked. As a mother who hardly has time for herself and finally has made the time and to lose my classes and only be able to keep them if I stayed a member, is pretty jacked up!!!!! Retrain your staff on policies and procedures. I suggest before you sign up, you look elsewhere.

  Absolutely do not join this club, I would give it no stars. In order to cancel this cult like club you have to permanently disabled or die. I have an upcoming procedure and after two people begging me to stay with this club I got an answer to get a doctors note, and I get one and this is a worker on the phone stating she talk to the manager and she said you have to be permanently disabled or die while laughing. She stated I talked to the doctor for more information and he said you’re not permanently disabled. I guess their money Hungry and desperately trying to get students. This isn’t the way. I was better off going to the one on spring. Save your money and go somewhere else very unprofessional.
