  I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING ABI Document Support Services In my experience, the service has been consistently disorganized and unreliable. Subpoenas often remain stagnant for extended periods, and records are not provided within expected timeframes. Communication is minimal, with little to no proactive updates unless follow-up is repeatedly initiated. The performance of their “retrieval specialists” is also concerning, as there appears to be very little urgency or meaningful progress on many orders. The company frequently attributes delays to “non-compliant” facilities; however, when contacted directly, facilities have indicated that records were already available or that no outreach had been made at all. Management responses have been largely ineffective, consisting of repeated apologies and assurances that issues will be addressed, yet the same problems continue without any noticeable improvement. For time-sensitive legal matters, this lack of efficiency, transparency, and accountability is unacceptable. SURPRISED THEY ARE STILL IN BUISNESS!!!

  Not responsive at all, called and left several messages pertaining to records we ordered and no response. Their operator was extremely rude and not helpful. I would recommend any other company but ABI.

  was sent a subpoena for medical records delivered by this company. nice guy. their supervisor reached out to schedule pickup. i told them that since i worked alone they may have to wait in the front room until i am available. the supervisor confirmed they would let the field agent know. according to my security camera, the agent waited 45 seconds before coming and knocking on my treatment room door, interupting a treatment, and when i told him to go wait, he stopped me and said "how long." and then left. i consider this extremely unprofessional. when a different agent came back another day after i told the supervisor, that agent said the first guy was one of "their best guys" because sometimes offices try to avoid them. I think that makes it worse that his rude interupting behavior is encouraged. being persistent is one thing but being blatantly rude and interrupting a medical professional during a treatment with a patient. 15$ paperwork fees do not entitle someone to that kind of behavior.
