  Walk in about 13 minutes before doors closed, checked in and sat down. Two scheduled people waiting before me. After about 8 minutes a female staff walked by and said any walk ins will not be seen today. I was outraged as i was in pain and just had my xrays done next door and wanted to get lab done so i wouldn’t have to come another day as I have joint disease. I went in before doors closed/locked that means i am there during business hours and should be accommodated. Plus If the computer is letting me check in then i should be seen. Either make changes to computer system so it doesn’t accept any walk ins after 4:30pm or accommodate those who enter before business closes/lock it’s doors (A staff should not be able to turn down patients.) I asked for a manager/supervisor and she said there’s no one here? Really a health facility with no manager/supervisor? I asked for a manager number and she hands me a 888 number on which you can only to make appointments (felt like she doesn’t want me to lodge a complaint). QuestLab Please train your staff with better communication skills and tell them to keep their attitude at home or stay home. The Staff should be able to go above and beyond to help clients, they should look at the condition of the person and help and not turn them down just because the client entered the business 15 minutes before closing. Absolutely not acceptable.

  03/02/2026 I went in about a week ago. I did not have to wait because there are two station that you can check in with. I had an appointment and was check-in quickly. After checking in, I only had to wait about 5 minutes. The person was nice and friendly. She quickly drew the blood samples, and I was done in a few minutes. There is plenty of parking and the place is clean.
