I am disabled and I wanted to use the disability shower however the shower controls were torn off the wall and the lower shower head was missing. I tried to use a shower directly to the left that showers controls did not work either I tried to use the shower to the next left and found that it did work however there was enough hair in the drain that the drain would not drain water with the shower turned on and made a lake. The bathrooms were not clean. The bathrooms were not functional. Two out of four showers did not function at all. On the door it said that this was a franchise and it was privately owned so apparently the corporation has no power over them except to share membership; because my membership is in Georgia and it still works here. I have been to planet fitness in 11 states and this is the worst Showers and toilet use I’ve been to. I was told welcome to California. Mmmmm
