I was introduced to Katie, and after a complimentary and thorough hearing test, I was ready to try the aids. Katie was very patient and answered all my concerns. I purchased the Miracle-Ear aids and my quality of life has improved. Follow up has been great from both Katie and Tammie, in the front office. I now look forward to my follow-up visits.
