  Five stars for Katie! She handled my husband’s hearing aid fitting with such care and humor. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. He’s already enjoying listening to music again, and I’m enjoying not having to repeat myself. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their hearing (and their domestic life)!

  Katie is a life saver! She helped my very stubborn dad understand the importance of good hearing and actually got him to sit through testing and fittings without him having a total meltdown! And now he isn’t constantly yelling at us all for mumbling!! A true miracle worker- she’s improved our whole family’s quality of life.

  My experience with Katie and Tammy was exemplory!! Tammy was warm and made me feel welcome. Katie was friendly and explained everything we would ne doing for my hearing tests. She answered all my questions and I felt very comfortable with the answers and I had no qualms about what I needed to do during the test.   I was hesitant to have my hearing checked, as it would confirm what I already knew , I'm getting older and probably need hearing aids. I was introduced to Katie, and after a complimentary and thorough hearing test, I was ready to try the aids. Katie was very patient and answered all my concerns. I purchased the Miracle-Ear aids and my quality of life has improved. Follow up has been great from both Katie and Tammie, in the front office. I now look forward to my follow-up visits.
