  Went to a 9:30am appointment and there was no parking. Is my appointment supposed to be a gamble to where if i cant find parking better luck next time? Now i have to come back at 1pm and waste my only day off.

  I’ve had multiple issues with Vadadent over the years from bait and switches with the original doctor I scheduled a bone graft with, and then being surprised to sit down and see a different doctor do they work. They assured me this was standard as my original/requested doctor had something more important but I was in “good hands.” The replacement doctor burned my cheek. This was a slap in the face after they tried to charge me twice for cleanings I pre-paid for. The front desk staff is the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. I asked to speak to a manager regarding all the above issues and the latest when they said I need to come in for polish but at the time of the appointment switched and said it was an expensive periodontal cleaning instead of the polish. Someone claiming to be the manager named Karmi came in with the rudest attitude saying I’m wasting their time and I’m welcome to leave. The hostility was completely unnecessary, I told her such, and she just laughed in my face. She then proceeded to yell at me and said to get out of her office. Come to find out she wasn’t even the manager. Do not go to Vadadent if you want to be treated professionally.

  Well how can I start, I so happy and thankful I found Modern Dental I haven’t been in the Dentist for quite a while Im terrified, however I had the best experience ever. The Dr has a lot of patience and explains everything in detail he has the softest hand I literally almost felt sleep during my treatment, unbelievable coming from a person that is dramatized. Let’s not mention the assistant he is a really nice, welcoming gentleman ever, he made me feel like home since the moment I stepped in the room for X-rays. I definitely recommend Modern Dental 1000%. Will be back soon and hope I have found my for life Dentist

  I've been coming here for over a year now. I've had deep cleanings to root canals and braces. I'm having surgery on the 27th for wisdom tooth removal and a bano graft. The dentist and dental assistants I have no issues with above them. However, their receptionist are anotherstory.Sandra specifically. I have never had friendly encounter with her.shes always rude, bothered by questions and very short. I had my witts end with her today when trying to get something to help with my pain until surgery. What the prescriberd is making me sick and drowsy. She could care less. She needs to be retrained in customer service and given a lesson in compassion.
