  The woman technician at the Larkspur Quest Lab is very professional, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and Definitely knows what she’s doing as she’s very fast and gentle. I’ve been to a lot of Quest Labs and this is my favorite one. Thanks Robert Lile 😁.

  I arrived 12 minutes early to the Larkspur # 5 Bon Air office building for a 7:10 AM appointment. Because the door has no written address to identify the location and because the staff had not opened up yet or put out the folding green Quest sign in the public area, I got lost trying to find the suite. I found a health care suite which I mistook as the Quest suite with opening hour posted for 7:40am. When I returned at 7:25am the Quest sign was out and I found the correct location. However, when I tried to check in I was denied by the system. When I tried to explain the situation I was treated very abruptly and rudely by a staffer and told to make another appointment and return another day . The waiting room was empty! I waited a month for this appointment! Luckily, a very nice staffer named Carolyn came to my aid and explained I could sign in as a drop in and wait. This worked . I explained I have very poor eyesight and by arriving early I wanted to visually confirm where to go however there is zero signage to determine the correct location in the office center if you arrive early in the morning. Nothing, not even a paper sign taped to the glass door. I took pictures to show my wife, I couldn’t believe a company does business this way. Check the photo, no address number above the door, ( other doors have numbers) and no signage until the folding sign is placed outside , which it wasn’t upon arrival) It was a very stressful event, especially the nasty staff person . Thankfully it all worked out thanks to the kindness of one person over the bad attitude of another.

  Terrible staff. Walked in on Friday after just gotten finished at urgent care and got told to get my labs drawn here. Walked in at 4:15 PM. The place closes at 4:30 PM. Nobody to be seen. At 4:31 PM the Tech Sophie comes out announcing rudely she cant draw my labs anymore. Didn’t care about anything. Started to argue with me when I stated I just got sent here by Urgent care or me living far away. Why are people doing jobs they hate. She must be one miserable person. Wrong profession for her.
