  Extremely unprofessional experience. The GNC website clearly states this store closes at 9:00 pm, yet when I arrived at 8:44 pm, the front door was already locked. Even more confusing, there was a sign on the door saying “Will return at 7:45 pm,” which made absolutely no sense given the time and the posted store hours. It was obvious that the workers simply didn’t want to work. The back door was open, there was a car parked outside, and a guy sitting in the passenger seat, which made the situation feel sketchy and poorly managed. I knocked on the door multiple times and received no response, despite people clearly being around. If employees don’t want to work the posted hours, then the store hours should be updated accordingly. Locking customers out early is bad for business, misleading, and incredibly frustrating. This was a baffling and disappointing experience, and I won’t be relying on this location again.
