I came to this location in a desperate search for a replacement for my glasses and contacts after they broke. Teresa was very helpful in getting me an exam right away, and Sofia was very kind while assisting me with my pre-exam. Dr. Thanhun was extremely helpful in getting my prescription sent out immediately, and Erick was very patient and helpful when I picked out my new frames.

Cheri was very amazing and so helpful. Cheri made sure I was happy with my selection of my new glasses and she went above and beyond to make sure I got the right fit for my face and what looks good on me. I was very happy with Cheri. A very sweet hard working woman. You have a great employee at your hands.

I came in a little hesitant because of some of the reviews I had seen, but I’m glad I still went. The optometrist was respectful, patient, and really took her time with my eye exam. She listened to my concerns and explained every step. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I would recommend giving them a chance based on my visit.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
