I had my number 14 tooth root canal done. I had a temporary crown put in. They charge me $1795 for copay with my old insurance United Concordia. I changed my dental insurance to PPO with my husband. It is March already. Before I confirmed my appointment for tomorrow. I asked the person calling me am I seeing the specialist who’ll put in my permanent crown. Since I was already charged on my care credit. The guy on the other line says no it’s for consultation. I said I don’t need cosultation. I made appointment to get my crown done. I was there last January for consultation with Dr Herrera. Then the guys I’m talking to said you can talk to Maria, financial person. I said I don’t want to talk to her. I want to talk to your manager. I’m charged on my credit card for the permanent crown. If you guys are not going to schedule me with Dr miller. I’ll dispute this charge. And go to another dentist who’ll complete it for me. The representative said the manager is not in. Mind you it’s only 4 pm. I’ve to call or come in after 9 am. So I told the representative can you relay the message to your manager tomorrow. So I don’t have to explain what’s going on. He said okay. He said do you want to talk to Maria, financial rep. I said for what, so I can get the run around? I said NO! So if you want to get charged a lot of money. Because this dental company refuse to use the insurance that’ll help out their customer less money to pay for copay. This dental company isn’t for our services. Because they’ll look for charges that’ll appeal more to their pockets. And if they know you have care credit. They’ll show you the crown that has the yellow lining last more than the crown that has the black lining that can potentially harm your crown. Is less money. So I chose the one that cost more. But I still don’t have the permanent crown. So what should you do if you were in my situation? After they’re done putting my permanent crown. I’m looking for another honest dentist office.

I just had dental surgery here and have NEVER been happier with a dentist. They took really good care of me and made it painless. I’m absolutely terrified of the dentist but they made everything really easy on me. 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone.

Had a terrible experience trying to get an appointment here. Had to call back a few times to finally get told that my insurance has to call them... So I did that, waited 30 minutes on the phone with my insurance who said that they could not get ahold of the office. I called the office back and a lady starts asking me all these questions that no one asked me before... They don't seem to care about new patients. All of them on the phone seem annoyed and unwilling to help. Spoke to a guy last week and two ladies today (might have he the same lady) but again no effort on their part. I got frustrated... Just seems like if this is the type of service i'm getting now then what can I expect in the long run.

Good luck getting an appointment here, it will take months just getting a cleaning. When you call they will put you on hold forever.

DO NOT GO HERE. BIG boss BRENDA told me it was my responsibility to reach out to my insurance to see if treatment is approved not the office. I was also charged for a treatment that was covered. I have been going there every 3 months for a year and today I was told I have more problems than I started with. . Find an office that cares about preventative treatment. Not here where the patient has to do BIG BOSS BRENDA’s job. Oh and she refused to give me a name to escalate her behavior.
