- TSTee SDec 16, 20251.0DO NOT GO HERE. BIG boss BRENDA told me it was my responsibility to reach out to my insurance to see if treatment is approved not the office. I was also charged for a treatment that was covered. I have been going there every 3 months for a year and today I was told I have more problems than I started with. . Find an office that cares about preventative treatment. Not here where the patient has to do BIG BOSS BRENDA’s job. Oh and she refused to give me a name to escalate her behavior.
