    Nobody answers the phone in the ortho department… which doesn’t make any sense because every time i go in there’s someone sitting down at the desk? so why is she just ignoring peoples call? how are people supposed to make an appointment if we’re being ignored.

    This place just decides to close for a week and they post the following pictures on their doors, not even telling the customers about their week off. And they post a time that they will be back, but not the date.

    Don’t go here- my daughter had the worst experience at the dentist ever. Each front desk person told us a different price, and they ended up charging us way more than any of the quotes. Maria was not only incompetent, but also extremely rude. We will never go back because dealing with her was a nightmare. The doctor was pleasant and did a good job, it’s a shame the front desk is managed so poorly.

    Amazing! I have been trying to get a problematic tooth taken care of for a YEAR! My insurance and several dentists went back and forth with no finalizing results. Now, my insurance finally approved Lakewood Cerritos Dental Center for an extraction consultation today. The people here killed it! 10/10! Dr. Noh was funny and friendly as well as super efficient. Maria in the finance department was thorough and informative. She even sat on the phone with my insurance for like 30 minutes to be able to get me approved for an extraction today instead of just the consultation. BAM! Done. I was more than happy. Everyone there was very nice, kind and took great care to ensure a pleasant visit. I made sure to be nice and courteous and they all did the same. Fro. The front counter to the finance dept, to the X-ray tech, to the Dr assistant, to the DR. himself, I was more than happy when I left,.... Other than the bill LoL But that's on my insurance for sucking, not LCDC! They came through, 100%.

    I don’t know what the below comments are talking about, the service here has been nothing less than amazing for me! The front desk is very professional and sweet all the time. Dentist are top of the line with Decades of experience. Thank you!
