Had to make multiple calls to jump through hoops no other pharmacy had ever asked for. They tried to end each phone call without actually helping or checking their systems to see if I'd already done what they asked. Wasted two days playing middleman between them and the doctor's office, just to end up transferring the prescription elsewhere. What an utter nightmare. Tip: the CA Board of Pharmacy is the next level up if you want to see any real change.
