  Waits can be long but I chalk that up to customers in most cases. I've found the staff to be mostly helpful and efficient.

  They are fast and friendly. My prescriptions is always ready before I need a refill.

  Would give negative stars if I could. Had an awful experience trying to transfer my son's prescription here. Had to make multiple calls to jump through hoops no other pharmacy had ever asked for. They tried to end each phone call without actually helping or checking their systems to see if I'd already done what they asked. Wasted two days playing middleman between them and the doctor's office, just to end up transferring the prescription elsewhere. What an utter nightmare. Tip: the CA Board of Pharmacy is the next level up if you want to see any real change.

  This pharmacy is fine as long as you don't need to either A) get ahold of them on the phone B) get any narcotic-type medications. My mother recently broke her ankle and I had the lovely time trying to get Percocet from this pharmacy. Every time I go in there it is a fight. At one point they straight up lied to my face and said the Dr sent it in to another Safeway. (We called the dr and confirmed that was a lie, dr said that the pharmacy canceled it from their end) This time they said that the dr said it was her back and not her ankle (she also has back issues so im guessing that's why it got crossed) they said yes they did have a note saying her ankle was recently broken, but since it said it was her back they could not give it to me. I was told at the check-out line that they recently got a new pharmacist so this may be part of the issue.
