They filled my telehealth prescription last month for the first time but when my doctor sent a refill, the head pharmacist suddenly changed her policy and refused to fill it. Treated me like a drug addict and nearly interrupted my therapy. Very reckless. When I asked her why it was filled the first time, she admitted that she broke company policy. I think she should be fired! Horrible experience here, feel bad for the other people who work here, they seemed nice the first and only time I got to go here!

They never let me know. I've asked over and over and have been told that my account says to be notified if there is any change of medicine. At least 4 times they have not done this. It can be very dangerous and even deadly for me, yet this pharmacy doesn't seem to care.
