They filled my telehealth prescription last month for the first time but when my doctor sent a refill, the head pharmacist suddenly changed her policy and refused to fill it. Treated me like a drug addict and nearly interrupted my therapy. Very reckless. When I asked her why it was filled the first time, she admitted that she broke company policy. I think she should be fired! Horrible experience here, feel bad for the other people who work here, they seemed nice the first and only time I got to go here!
