Next day Dr Glover filled chipped area but added "impossible" for Hygienist to have done this. He expected me to pay for this? This is not how you keep patients! I reported incident asap when numbness subsided.

I always try to find a new dentist in that state, but always end up coming back to his office (even just for cleanings -- Rachel is the best!) because he makes other doctors look like amateurs. I am 25 and have been coming to him since I was 5 years old and he had to pull one of my teeth (my mom let me sleep with a sippy cup and it rotted my teeth). I've never had a painful or traumatic experience, and I've never understood why people were afraid of the dentist. I'm getting a filling re-done as we speak (a dentist in New Hampshire did an absolutely horrible job), and I had to ask him if he'd given me the shot already because I felt absolutely nothing. I almost never feel the shot. I got my braces done here as well when he had an orthodontist in the office (not sure if he does anymore). Dr. Glover is very friendly and polite, so don't let the fact that he's pretty quiet fool you. He genuinely cares about his patients and I will be going to him for the rest of my life.
