    I am a mom with 5 kids. I work a full time very stressful job and I have a side business so to say “I just don’t have time to work out” has been my go to and I got away with it for years but when I hit 40 all of a sudden my natural athletic ability and decent metabolism crashed and I found myself weak and out of shape and gaining weight. For months I’ve been saying I need to start strength training but the thought of it was so overwhelming I kept putting it off until I stumbled on this “perfect workout.” With an eyebrow raised I signed up for a free trial and I am so glad I did. I love that it is so quick and efficient and they are flexible one the days and times and even the location so I can’t make any excuse. Get in, push yourself as hard as you can, and walk out on shaky legs on to the next thing. Everyone has been so kind and supportive and I’m excited to see progress as the journey continues.
