- AQAmy Q2 days ago5.0Love this yoga studio. Been a member since their spring 2024 opening and at that point I had not practiced yoga for many years. The great instruction along with the modern spin on yoga with the use of lights, music, and variety of classes have made it motivating for me to attend 3-4 classes per week. My experience has been a great way to incorporate more strength, flexibility, and mindfulness for reducing stress and promoting my wellbeing. I personally love the Hot, the Restore, and the Slow Flow classes, and the cold towel at the end of class is refreshing. They sell great merchandise, too. The owners and staff are caring and responsive, always looking to make the members’ experience better and to grow their Y6/yoga community with workshops and social events. I have met some wonderful people there. I especially appreciate that the practice room is clean and spacious, larger than any other Y6 locations that I have been to. I highly recommend it. They always have great intro deals for you to check them out whether you are new or a seasoned yogi.

The instructors and also very knowledgeable about helpful. Any skill level is no problem for them. I highly recommend giving yoga six a try in Laguna Niguel. I have only done yoga a few times and I felt right at home

I have been to a ton of studios and have not once had any issues with my experience here. The range of classes offered fits my skill level perfectly, and the social offerings provide a unique way to build community through yoga while having fun at the same time. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone and everyone!

When I didn’t go for several months, they stayed on me to get me to get back to my mat a which I did. I got a 10 pack pass for my hubby and we’ve gone together which was so nice. He loved it as well. The studio cares about our local community as they offer a lot of community events and support other small businesses. This is not your typical commercial or box chain studio, this place is amazing for your yoga practice and your heart!!! ❤️

The yoga instructors and staff are incredible and inviting. The teachers are constantly changing up the classes so there are new skills to learn and muscles to work. I look forward to going multiple times a week. There is a wide variety of class types to choose from depending on what type of practice you are looking for each day.
