    Sebastian has been fantastic to train with at Perfect Workout! I’ve trained with him several times now, and every session has been focused, challenging, and well-coached. He’s great at explaining movements, correcting form, and pushing you just the right amount while keeping things safe and effective. Sebastian is motivating, attentive, and clearly invested in your progress. He’s a great addition to the team, and I highly recommend booking sessions with him if you want results and a positive training experience.

    I’m heading into my third year doing The Perfect Workout and I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for the changes in my body. Although I’m only able to manage going once a week, even that has resulted in massive weight loss (in conjunction with healthier food choices), more self-confidence, all-over body toning, and a huge reduction in inflammatory markers in my bloodwork. With Staci’s expert guidance, I’ve built strength, resiliency, and flexibility. Working with her has been a wonderful investment in my health and well-being.
