I am a mom with 5 kids. I work a full time very stressful job and I have a side business so to say “I just don’t have time to work out” has been my go to and I got away with it for years but when I hit 40 all of a sudden my natural athletic ability and decent metabolism crashed and I found myself weak and out of shape and gaining weight. For months I’ve been saying I need to start strength training but the thought of it was so overwhelming I kept putting it off until I stumbled on this “perfect workout.” With an eyebrow raised I signed up for a free trial and I am so glad I did.
