  *2nd update - StretchLab corporate just sent me a very kind and professional email, and it’s very clear that Jorden in Laguna Niguel does not accurately reflect the organization. Thank you StretchLab for making things right! That’s real customer service!* *update - Jorden just emailed me and said “there was no need to get that aggressive with a woman over the phone” um excuse me what? Aggressive? Woman? These are the type of desperate attempts people in the wrong make to smear and threaten others. Like my complaint had anything to do with her gender, it had everything to do with their policy. Again just absolutely shocking!!! Wow!!!!* Received an extremely rude lecture on the phone from the GM Jorden while cancelling my membership, when all I did was mention how difficult it was to cancel compared to other places! Wow! She said she was having a bad day, but it actually was quite shocking! Make sure you are getting the best offer because they charge different customers different prices (I found that out when they mistakenly txted me an offer I wasn't supposed to see, oops!). I have 4 more stretches that I have already paid for which will now be extremely awkward. That being said Peter is incredible and I highly recommend him, he’s also become a great friend.
