  Hello South Coast Urgent Care Team! Happy New Year! This review is overdue. Thanks for providing outstanding service. ALL of the staff, nurses and physicians are kind and professional. I received urgent care within less than five minutes. The doctors and nurses are attentive to hearing patients complaints to address medical concerns. I received medication treatment for my index left finger and I was able to travel abroad without any concerns. Thanks to the exceptional services at South Coast Urgent Care.   By far the best walk in clinic experience I've had living in OC since 1998. Full service (i.e. lab, xray, etc.), professional, proactive and frankly great doctors/nurses. I came in with a lingering flu/virus/etc. and instead of downplaying, Dr. was super proactive about knocking it down quickly. So happy because after 2 weeks of feeling badly I was back to 80% in less then 24 hours. Even got follow up call 48 hours later!

  The best team of doctors/ nurses/ front desk staff . They had me in and out. I needed an ultrasound and didn’t want to have to go to the er, and they got me in same day. Everyone was so professional, kind, they listened to me, they were cautious of the pain I was experience. I will definitely choose this urgent care moving forward and even plan to make my primary doctor here. Thank you all .

  This is the best urgent care I have ever been to! I want to personally thank Dr. Nguyen, Evan and Arlene. Evan made sure I was comfortable and very happy during my Ear Lavage procedure, he did an amazing job and he is a total professional, he is also beyond kind, caring and knowledgeable! Dr. Nguyen is truly the best doctor, she is also beyond kind, caring and knowledgeable! I want to also thank Arlene at the front desk for being so kind and helping me with my appointment. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you all again for your outstanding service, care and making me feel so comfortable and relaxed during my procedure. I recommend this location to everyone!

  I've had a swollen lymph node since Feb 2025. I had 2 ultrasounds and 1 MRI performed but I felt uneasy about the results and lack of attention from both dr/professionals who performed it. Found this place by googling, they saw me the same day. I went at 5:30 pm and was out in under an hour. I don't have insurance anymore so I paid out of pocket to see the dr and to get the ultrasound of my neck done. I'm so glad I did. Dr. V was very attentive and not dismissive about my concerns. He knew the exact location and the name of the gland of where the lymph node was behind my earlobe (I can't remember what he called it). Neither of the other health professionals I saw ever identified the actual glad where the lymph node was, they just said to not worry about it, but never bothered to educate me about anything. Received the reports after a few days and they were extremely detailed, much more than the other places that did my imaging. I definitely feel more peace of mind and will continue to come to this urgent care if I need more imagine done or for urgent care needs. Definitely recommend, the doctors and techs are very knowledgeable and educated.
