  I started seeing Dr. Ansari last year when I didn’t have medical insurance, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. Their model made care accessible and stress-free, and the level of attention and support I’ve received has been incredible. She has helped me navigate hormone therapy and has taken a thoughtful, whole-body approach to my overall wellness. I’ve never felt rushed, dismissed, or like just another patient. One of the things I appreciate most is how responsive she is. The communication app makes it so easy to reach her, and she responds quickly and thoroughly whenever I have questions or concerns. That kind of access and consistency is super rare. I now have medical insurance through my employer, but I fully plan to continue seeing her because the quality of care, guidance, and support she provides is truly valuable. I even signed up my fiancé to see her husband, so we can both receive the same level of thoughtful, personalized care. If you’re looking for a provider who listens, cares about your long-term health, and is especially knowledgeable about hormones and women’s health, I highly recommend Harbor Direct Primary Care.

  I can’t recommend Harbor Direct Primary Care enough. I found them through their TikTok page, specifically a post about perimenopause, which is what prompted me to reach out — and I’m so glad I did. They were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive with my perimenopausal symptoms, answered all of my questions, and quickly ordered the labs I needed. Care was provided quickly and efficiently, especially compared to my own insurance-based provider. Even though it’s paid out of pocket, they offer discounted lab pricing that ends up being very comparable to using insurance. The convenience is unmatched — I called and spoke directly to the doctor right away, no long waits, no layers of staff. This is exactly the kind of care patients deserve.

  I had a telephone intake with one of the doctors and a first in person appointment with the other doctor at Harbor and I am very pleased with each of them and the “bed side manner” they exhibit. The doctors are attentive, expressive, knowledgeable and patient. They are easy to work with and I anticipate being very happy with my care at Harbor.

  I have loved Harbor Direct. I feel very well taken care of and my concerns heard. I never feel rushed, and I love the whole approach of healthcare. I can text if I need something or have questions, and I'm replied to quickly and efficiently. I have never felt so comfortable with my healthcare provider and feel like a team trying to make sure I'm in the most optimum of health.
