Never having been to this place before, I was a bit dubious, as over the years I've run into both good - and horrible - hearing aid providers. I was very pleasantly surprised by the expertise and quiet confidence of Kirstin Dennis, the hearing care professional at this location. She tested my hearing and together we selected the top-of-the-line Phonak P90 series for a test. She made custom molds for my ears and set me up for a 45-day absolutely free trial. I LOVE my new aids; I'm hearing the best in recent memory. I've had only a few glitches and Kristin has dealt with each of those quickly and expertly. Couldn't be more pleased with the results!
