- CLCindy LiJan 11, 20265.0Great first time experience, and I would highly recommend. Receptionist was welcome and friendly even on a Saturday in the AM. Hailey was my hygienist. She was very gentle but thorough and I didn't feel discomfort even in the sensitive toothy/gummy areas. Had a great conversation with her about everything under the sun throughout the cleaning. Rinses and suctions were well-timed so there weren't any awkward pauses. No sales pitches or shaming for not flossing enough either. Met Dr. Samra at the end to do a quick check after the cleaning and advice on what to look out for. He was very professional and kept it short and to the point since I had no major problems, but if I did end up needing work, they would be my first choice.
