  I had a really good experience at this urgent care. The staff was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable during a stressful situation. I especially want to thank David, Tyler, and Parisa for their care and attention — they were patient, helpful, and truly went above and beyond. The process was smooth and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this place!

  My complaint not about medical but the UFC finances careful they duplicate charges after few days from your visit and if you don’t have your receipt you don’t have proof so I learned my lesson always holding printed receipt, this time after a week from my family visit charged my credit card when i called complaining they went back & force then cane back oh its a copayment charge for a visit insurance didn’t approve August 18th 2024 & we are in 2026 And when i said I didn’t & will not authorize this transaction i heard arguing repeatedly then said someone will call you back but no one did And i had to call my bank to stop UNAUTHORIZED FRAUD transaction

  I came here last week and saw a PA and she prescribed me antibiotics for a sinus infection. I them for a week and came back one week later for a follow up and they charged me for another copay because she said it was a new appointment and there was a different PA here today so I had to pay again when there last medical professional prescribed me something that didn’t work. What a rip off. You even make an appointment and they take a long time after your appointment to even get seen.

  Do not come here if you need to take a drug test. They just suck doing simple tasks. I take a drug test every year and every year for the past 3 years, they e had issues with their computers. A 15 minute process takes hours cause they make you wait. Or they send the sample out and results are delayed. Complete waste of time.

  I was optimistic, but now very disappointed in this Clinic. They possibly may be OK for urgent care needs only. My issue is an overcharge for a very simple employment physical that would cost and then neighborhood of $130 anywhere else was $560 here unfortunately I didn’t know the correct cost. Additionally, the simple forms were not filled out completely needed to send them back several times before I could use them and a drug screen was not done in a timely matter I could not use. I had to get it done at a different clinic. The staff had no interest in listening to these issues or making any corrective action so long in the short of it very disappointed do not go here if you have the option there are numerous other urgent cares in the area.
