They also didn’t take down my new address even though they wanted it. And it claimed that a characteristic of the address for a Vons Pharmacy in Fresno, where the medications were, didn’t exist. I then checked and it did. Their failure of working with accuracy and working at all also made me have to do my own research on a phone that was so low on power that I needed to save its energy to get home safely. I only moved to my place four days earlier.
