  Although this particular site is out of my way, I like it because there is never anyone in the waiting room. Not this time! I checked in and was seen in about a minute after my scheduled time. A woman had questions for the phlebotomist about her husband, and it seemed to me that my appointment would be delayed. The tech, however, said that she needed to attend to me first, and then she would be happy to address her concerns. I was very pleased with that outcome.

  One-person shop. They schedule appointments every ten minutes. They will be 3 appointments behind in the first hour. Walk-ins have zero chance. The gravy on top is the sour personality of the lone phlebotomist. Bad system, bad business model. Works for everyone except the customer/patient. Just another lousy extension of Healthcare in the USA in 2026, unfortunately.

  Conveniently located, inside a local grocery store. It is clean, no long wait, cause you can schedule appointments online.

  Very rude and inconsiderate staff. If you have parents/grandparents that aren't up to date with technology do not go to this place staff members are not helpful and just turn patients away as they did with my 71-year-old mother. My mother was on time for her appt. but because she couldn't sign in to the new technology the arrogant superior staff member Georgina left her crying in the waiting area and told her she had to reschedule or wait until she had availability. My mother has diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid, and Vascular disease. Quest Diagnostics you should think about all the older patients and how many times this probably has happened before. No one should feel the way they made my mother feel.
