  I received prompt and professional attention for a hand injury requiring stitches. Jen and Heather (both PAs) were terrific and very caring.

  All of the employees are friendly, thorough and friendly along with professional. The only reason I gave it an 8 out of 10 is its “very old office” This company need to do some updates on furniture and remodel to get it looking somewhat nicer and to feel cleaner! Great staff

  I have gone to this urgent care many times and have always had a pretty decent experience. The doctor is always friendly and kind and the wait isn’t usually too long. I made an appointment for my son today and it was crowded when I got there. The receptionist was rude, as resistant as possible with communication and stared at me funny when I didn’t know I’d have a copay and I asked if I could be billed. She told me I could not so I got a card and barely acknowledged me. She didn’t ask if I wanted a receipt, and barely looked at me when she was done. When we got called back my son was put on a chair without any of the normal paper on the seat. If it wasn’t for the kind doctor I would have given 1 star. I won’t be back because of the awful receptionist. I also witnessed her treatment of another patient and just realized she’s rude to everyone.
