Great staff, clean and cute office, I could tell Dr. Bianchi anything and she never made me feel uncomfortable, everything I said she understood and genuinely had my best interest in mind. She feels human and kind. I wish everyone could experience Dr. Bianchi.

That’s how comfortable and SAFE she makes you feel. Run don’t walk to be seen here. From the minute you make the appointment to when you leave, it feel like your leaving family. Wonderful group of people.
- JQJordan QueiorFeb 1, 20241.0Dr. Bianchi may be a good physician (she comes highly recommended and I wanted to become a new patient), but her office staff is incompetent, and have no clue how to work with insurance. Gladys, the front office staff person, couldn't verify whether they accept Blue Cross PPO insurance (I don't think she knew herself) and strung me along for weeks via emails and phone calls, saying she was trying to verify. She was confused and had no idea how to handle a straightforward insurance verification process. I don't know if it's a training issue or lack of experience or what, but this family practice wasted my time. I gave up on becoming a new patient with them, as I can only imagine their incompetence with invoicing, billing insurance, securing prior authorizations for diagnostics, etc. Seems they are only accepting Medicare patients, and maybe that's the only patients they want. I'd steer clear of this practice until they hire new staff who are capable of doing their jobs. It doesn't inspire confidence in these physicians - that they're either unaware their office is being run like this, or are ok with it.
