  Does this clinic only see one patient at a time from calling the patient back into the room to completing documentation? Expect to wait at least 2 hours even with an appointment and a completely empty waiting room. I would hate to see how long the waits are when they have more than 5 patients in there.

  I had an extremely frustrating experience at Carbon Health, and I would not recommend them to anyone needing a DOT physical. The staff came across as completely unprofessional and unprepared for the service they were offering. It honestly felt like they had little to no understanding of what a proper DOT physical entails. What made things worse is that I had to go back twice just to fix paperwork that should have been handled correctly the first time. This isn’t a minor inconvenience—when you’re dealing with DOT requirements, accuracy and efficiency are critical. Their lack of knowledge and attention to detail wasted my time and created unnecessary stress. If you’re considering going here for a DOT physical, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. They advertise the service, but clearly don’t have the expertise to back it up.

  This was my first time using this facility and I was really impressed. Office is clean and tidy. Staff extremely friendly and caring. Nurse/assistant very professional and on top of things. Had a shot that I didn’t even feel. And the Doctor….AMAZING….listened to my issues, performed the exam and explained very well what was going on. Wait time to be seen was minimal. And if I ever need to be seen at an Urgent Care facility I won’t hesitate to go back here. I’m really thankful I went here.

  Totally disorganized! We had an appointment for cleaning ears at 3 pm scheduled for 15 minutes. After waiting for almost 90 minutes we left. We were told there was still one person ahead of us although they all arrived later than we did. Our first appointment was at Carbon Health in Palm Desert, where I have bend before, but as they did not have the equipment to clean my ears they sent me to the La Quinta office. Never again!

  I don't know why so many places here call themselves urgent care places don't actually take care of things that fit the definition of urgent, for example, on of my teeth needs to be pulled out or it's going to get infected and instead of helping me with that, they tell me to look elsewhere. I would not recommend this company if you have anything urgent that needs to be taken care of.
