- TSTom SappingtonApr 1, 20265.0Great gym! My wife and I work out there most every morning. They have lots of equipment, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. They also have some really great coaches if you'd like some help with your workout. Give the UFC gym a try. I think you'll like it!
- HBHailey BustosApr 1, 20261.0Cassandra has the absolute worst attitude I have experienced in a gym in my 33 years. How she is working there is beyond me. All the staff seem to be on the same page about her terrible attitude and seem scared or unable to do anything about it. I have heard other members mention her by name as having a bad attitude and rude tone with them. It’s sad. They seem to be putting a lot of money into the gym so you’d think their customer service would be 10/10. Every other team member has been pleasant and welcoming. Hopefully management gets her under control soon. Will be canceling my recovery package just to avoid her going forward.
