  I've been here twice for Urgent care purposes with a years time. Both experiences were excellent. I was never there more than 1.5 hours that beats any E.R. very convenient

  I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic today. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM and I arrived at the plaza around 8:45 AM. However, the clinic is located inside a plaza with very unclear signage. I spent more than 15 minutes trying to find their office and simply could not locate it. While searching, I tried calling the clinic for help so someone could guide me to the correct location. Unfortunately, it took more than 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone. By the time they finally picked up, it was already past 9:00 AM, and they told me I would need to reschedule my appointment. I find this very unacceptable. The delay was not my fault. The plaza has very poor signage and the clinic provided no clear directions for patients to find the office. On top of that, when I asked if they could still see me or try to accommodate me since I had already been there and was trying to locate the office, they were unwilling to help. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of support for patients. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

  Great staff, took time to listen and discuss my health concerns didn't rush me and took the time to make sure I understood everything. Very pleased.

  Jennifer Barr she is very personable and knowledgeable about questions. I may have I enjoy working with her. i I find it to be very competent in answering questions. I may have about my health issues OK
