  I feel so terrible for the staff at this location. They get absolutely berated by unruly mean guests yesterday. There were 2 seperate men yelling and swearing at the staff, and they handled everything SO professionally. Additionally, I made an appointment online, and was taken in very timely. It was quick and easy! For the sanity of the team here, it should only be appointment only?! The wait list is making people go absolutely crazy when they are waiting 3+ hours. It sets the team up for failure. Seriously. 1 man yesterday was actually scary. It was sad to see! They were wonderful. Kudos to them. There are * several * Quests in the area, and it's free to schedule an appt. It blows my mind that people just walk in and wait all day versus taking 2 minutes to schedule a time and avoiding that frustrating mess. You can even check in via your phone when you arrive. Thank you to the gentleman that helped me yesterday!

  CRYSTAL IS AMAZING!!!! So sweet and personable. Didn't feel a thing and I HATE needles. Amazing service from her today!!

  Was actually given a TB test despite checking that I had a vaccine a few days prior. I let them know within 15 minutes of my arrival that I had a vaccine and they still made me wait. I was made to wait 2 hours to be told WHOOPS we weren't supposed to give it to you and it will be invalidated. A waste of my time , my employers time. And theirs.
