They skip over patients who not only have an appointment but also for walk-in patients who arrived and checked in after the patient with the appointment smh

My phlebotomist, Vanessa, had a very gentle hand. I didn't feel a thing! She was great.
My nurse was unfriendly, but fast. However, when she finished she barely taped a cotton ball to my arm and left the room. By the time I got to the lobby it had fallen off and blood was running down my arm. This is not ok.
I have used quest for years, but after yesterday, I dont know if I will ever be back. The customer service has declined a lot over time for what I assume are cost saving reasons. No reception, barely adhesive paper tape and a cotton ball when finished, no squeeze balls for blood draws.

The location is very close to my home. The staff was professional & quick. The website needs to be updated. The 3 of us waiting had all attempted to make appointments on line & all of us had tried to find an appointment but nothing was available through March. The 3 of us walked into an empty waiting room. Only 2 people came in who had an appointments while we were there. Obviously your online appointment system needs improvement.

There was a hiccup with my doctor's lab order, easily resolved with the help of the guy who drew my blood. I go as a walk-in, because I cannot get a timely appointment online. Works for me.
