During my time there as a client I received a bad and prolonged injury due to an instructor asking us to perform a Pilates move that was not “legal” in a beginner class. I was continuously charged me during this time due to the contract they make you sign. The teachers are inconsistent and the skill level is very inconsistent. The customer service policies and contract are in place to scam you, and they do not take accountability for unsafe practice or unsafe teachers. There were also multiple hygiene issues. Please choose a better studio when pursuing Pilates.

Excelent community studio. I usually take classes with Anel and Stacy. Both amazing instructors, challenging but caring and funny too. They pushed me to become stronger and my sense of balance improved immensely even in spite of my inner ear injury. Highly recommend

Love this place! I enjoy taking Jennica’s classes because she is very attentive to your issues and tires to incorporate exercises to help you stretch out that joint.

It's the best Physical Therapy you could ever get! I have made so much progress in 4 months. I spent 6 months going to PT and not progressing with knee mobility. Dang why didn't I try this sooner?
