    I’m 65 and I’ve been coming to Perfect Workout for a year now. My bone scan was excellent and not just “for a woman of my age” . My primary care doctor and my endocrinologist both told me to keep doing what I’m doing. I used to work out for an hour with my personal trainer, twice a week at the gym and I feel like I’m doing just as well with 20 minutes twice a week.
