- CMCourtney M.Sep 27, 20235.0Amazing 1st time experience! Glad I came to this studio for the Classic class. The studio by my place was always fully booked, so I never got the chance to try barre out until recently. As a Jiu Jitsu practitioner, my joints have definitely been beat up for the past 2 years. Barre is a great low impact (but still challenging!) exercise anyone can mix into a regular lifting or martial arts routine. I woke up sore the next day and plan to be back for more. Warm and welcoming front desk and motivating coach. 💪

We are forever grateful to the entire PB La Jolla team and can't wait to come back!
