I called a couple of times today to discuss a prescription renewal. The phone rang and rang, over 10 times. Then I got a message asking for an extension or to leave a message. When I chose the option to leave a message, I got a message "sorry, there is no operator at this hour to take your message". The "hour" was 10 am, and then 2 pm. Good thing my Rx is not an emergency, though it's plenty important to me. At least CVS took messages and called back.

Hung up on 3 times, put on hold for 20 minutes. Lady answered with very rude impatient tone. I understand people get busy, your feelings of being flustered are valid. Your behavior and rudeness to others as a result of your feelings are not okay. Whoever is answering phones, at 10am-11am on 1/26/26 needs to be put far away from phones. Terrible interpersonal skills truly. I'd give 0 stars if I could. It's also never okay to belittle others regarding technology. I am a software engineer and we are being told "the app can do that why didn't you look at the app." ... Never considering the possibility that the app is malfunctioning, happens all the time, its quite literally my job to fix those types of bugs at various companies... hence the reason for the call! The app didnt work, so we needed to call. When it was explained that the app was malfunctioning, and we needed an estimate on a prescription refill time, "the app will tell you" was the answer. Indicative of someone clearly not listening and just waiting to be off the phone. If you can avoid this pharmacy you should, also the cvs down the road... for some reason the folks here are just super rude. I have been in the hood in national city and got way better customer service and actually got treated like a human being.

Tabitha and Kathleen are AMAZING. We have to realize that these pharmacist have to deal with so much. Between insurance companies, legalities, and doctors, their hands are tied at times. With all of that said, Tabitha and Kathleen have been extremely kind, patient, and helpful, even when I wasn’t. I would recommend both pharmacist to anyone who is looking for the stated above. Thank you both.
