When I brought up a concern, it was not taken seriously and the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the interaction left me feeling frustrated and uncomfortable as well humiliated in front of her employees. A respectful and professional environment should be the standard, but unfortunately that was not my experience here. I hope management works on improving communication and how concerns are handled. Better communication and respect would go a long way.

They are so well versed, knowledgeable, passionate, and talented. The workouts are not boring or stale. They all bring such an amazing energy to the studio. It's really the best part of my day, week, month! Everyone at Club Pilates LC, have been so personable and accommodating. I quickly realized I needed to increase my monthly packages, once I fell in love with this workout. Cheers to all the instructors and staff at Club Pilates-thank you for giving me a great journey and experience!
