I just had to drop over $400 on a prescription and tried very politely asking to have GoodRx explained, because the app is telling me a much lower number than the pharmacist. Unhelpful, cutting me off mid sentence, straight up mean despite my continued attempts to be polite in my confusion. Maybe the pharmacist was having a truly terrible day, maybe she hates transgender people, clearly one or the other though.
