Overall customer service is just ok. There is one employee in particular that is extremely rude. Snaps when you ask a question, and one time I was told that I picked up medicine when in fact I did not. She argued until another employee intervened and corrected her. I received no apology. I was also at the counter and all of the employees that were working there were talking negatively about another employee who was not there at the time. They did not care that I could hear everything they were saying. I do not want to hear employees complaining about another employee, It is very unprofessional and a bad look for Safeway in general.

Unwilling to fill a family member's prescription because it was prescribed by a presumed teledoctor when they've previously filled my similar prescriptions from same doctor, claimed it was policy. If so, it is a discriminatory policy that targets disabled folks who rely on virtual visits for healthcare and doesn't appear to be enforced except for when they feel like it. This is a rural area where virtual visits to our care providers are often necessary. Ultimately the pharmacists should have no business deciding which care providers, prescriptions, and diagnoses they believe are or are not valid. The pharmacist that we spoke with today exemplified exactly how stigma and ableism harms our community. She showed no empathy for the situation and appeared to feel empowered by her preconceived biases that resulted in denying a person their lifelong medication. Would not recommend.

I LOVE this pharmacy. I request specific manufacturers for my medication and they always make sure I have the right ones. They are so nice too!

Last month I attempted to get my Paxlovid prescription filled at this pharmacy and was told by the pharmacy tech that federal funding had expired for this medication, and I would have to pay $1300. I looked it up, and it was not true.Through my doctor, I transferred the prescription to CVS just a few minutes down the road and it was filled at no cost and with no hassle. Word to the wise: Do not try to fill your Paxlovid prescription here.
