  Okay, so I brought my autistic kid for the second time. He is scared of blood draws and was on medication to help him cope. The person who did the draw took forever, she tied the rubber around his arm but didn’t have anything else ready and took a long time to get to the point where she would insert the needle. Then when he was frustrated from pain of the rubber thing she called for help and took a long time again. When everything was ready for the third time, she took too long again. This people need training for how to work with people who have anxiety. We wasted another trip. The personnel seemed untrained and unwilling to help.

  I don't understand why your system allows you to check in for an appointment early (I happened to arrive an hour early from another doctor appointment) and then makes you wait until your appointment time - there were several walk-ins taken before me. This makes ZERO sense. I had to sit there for the hour until my appointment time before being called. I have walked in many times without an appointment and never waited more than 30 minutes.

  Worst experience ever. Waited over 3 hours with zero progress. Staff was extremely rude, took long breaks, and moved at a painfully slow pace while patients were left waiting. Total waste of time. Do NOT go to Quest. Choose another lab.
