I drove to this location specifically to purchase glasses, but my experience was extremely disappointing. There were about five associates behind the register, and at least three were not assisting any customers. Despite this, no one acknowledged me.
I began browsing on my own—opening drawers and trying on glasses—while associates walked past me, even putting items back on display, without saying a word. It was a very strange and uncomfortable experience to feel so overlooked.
Ultimately, I chose to leave, as I don’t believe in supporting businesses that do not value or respect their customers.

I’ve been to many locations in the past but this particular location doesn’t sit right with me. Especially how one employee made me feel. Me & my husband had our appointments together - I went first. The individual who did the pre-screen told me that the retina screen is mandatory & highly recommended since it was my first time at the location. To which I told her that I’ve been to Lens Crafters before & I have never been told that. Long story short, she pressured me into doing the retina screening (I hope I’m spelling it correctly). That didn’t really matter to me, however, when it was my husbands turn to do the pre-screening before seeing the Doctor, she tried to do the same to him, he didn’t budge. Then my husband, since I wasn’t in the room with him asked her “Did you try to upsell my wife into doing this?” Then this woman tells him that his wife (me) “wanted to do it” that she (me) opted in, or voluntarily wanted to do it.
Now, my husband said that he didn’t care I had done it. I got so annoyed because this woman made me look like a liar to my husband. I seriously did not appreciate that. I just know I am not coming to this location again.

My glasses (from another company) broke yesterday and Abdon was incredibly helpful in finding a quick solution for me while being so welcoming & professional. I was literally in and out of the door in less than 20 minutes!

Not very pleasant experience this time. They sent me a text message on Friday, February 27 at 7:57PM that my glasses are ready. I went in on Saturday, February 28 at 3PM only to be told that they are not actually ready. The lenses came in but they still need to be cut. I was told they will be ready by Sunday, March 1. I called just to be sure they are ready before I drive down and guess what? Still not ready. Don’t send a text message that they are ready when they’re not and definitely don’t make promises when you can’t make them happen.

I visited LensCrafters and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming. Roham especially stood out—he was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this location
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
