I live a very active lifestyle (barbell training, pickleball, etc.), and hot yoga has been such a great tool for staying mobile—plus it’s genuinely fun. I especially love Slow Flow and Restore, and TRX is a great add-on too. Evelyn is hands-down my favorite instructor and a big reason I’ve stayed consistent. Pro tip: bring a yoga mat towel—100% worth it!

She has such a warm and welcoming energy that makes everyone feel comfortable, even if you’re a novice like me. You’ll leave feeling stronger, calmer and happier. Highly recommend taking one of her classes at Y6!

The variety of classes, instructors with unique skill sets to deliver quality instruction and guidance to elevate your yoga practice. The studio has a great culture with events and engagements to bring our community together through our passion to practice yoga. I started practicing yoga several years ago at different studios/gyms and been away too long and just getting back. I’m very pleased that I found this YogaSix Irvine studio.
