- CIChantira InsichienmayJan 22, 20265.0One of my favorite studios in the OC! I usually attend the classes held by Allegra or Tiffany (killer playlist)! I personally enjoy the fact that there is a good amount of space between the mats so it doesn’t feel like I’m breathing over the other person. There’s always plenty of parking. However, the cubby/lockers space is a bit tight and there’s no showers. Overall a great studio.

I live a very active lifestyle (barbell training, pickleball, etc.), and hot yoga has been such a great tool for staying mobile—plus it’s genuinely fun. I especially love Slow Flow and Restore, and TRX is a great add-on too. Evelyn is hands-down my favorite instructor and a big reason I’ve stayed consistent. Pro tip: bring a yoga mat towel—100% worth it!

The variety of classes, instructors with unique skill sets to deliver quality instruction and guidance to elevate your yoga practice. The studio has a great culture with events and engagements to bring our community together through our passion to practice yoga. I started practicing yoga several years ago at different studios/gyms and been away too long and just getting back. I’m very pleased that I found this YogaSix Irvine studio. Thank you to all the staff and instructors to create a warm, fun, challenging, exciting studio to practice. Namaste ⚡️
