I’ve had WP glasses for a few years, went to the store to place an order for new prescription glasses. Staff was friendly, glasses were in stock, everything was fine. Once order was placed my glasses were delayed due to issues in the lab. Spoke with three customer service reps, each was less helpful than the last. They said my glasses would take a MONTH to arrive. Not sure how they can live with treating customers this way. I had them cancel my order and issue a refund. Time to find a new glasses company…
