The only downside, was the wording on the email questionnaire, about "being interested" in contact lenses, used as permission to generate an exam at an additional fee which I was not expecting. HOWEVER, both Crystal and Vickie handled the situation professionally and resolved it quickly to my satisfaction. Cant wait to pick up my new glasses!
