  Excellent sessions with Kevin - I’m gaining flexibility as promised. To be sure, if you have a lot of discipline you can do some (most) of it by yourself, but 1. The session are 50m, hard to motivate yourself at home for that long, 2. Kevin keeps track and targets different group muscles, and 3. Some of the stretches I have tried and can’t achieve on my own, esp when he immobilizes one leg and pulls the other. A bit expensive at $60 a session, and requires a 3-month commitment from the get-go. If you have any way to cover some of this (e.g. a hsa account), this can be a very great deal, but even if not, I find it beneficial.

  I had a very bad case of sciatic pain. I went to StretchLab and Clarissa made the pain and discomfort go completely away. I go once a week and now I'm able to touch my toes.
