- LSL SMar 4, 20261.0Terrible, uneducated, out-of-the-loop staff. Called to see if they honor TrumpRx. The lady didn’t even know what TrumpRx is. How can they work at a pharmacy and not know this? Then when I told her the price with the TrumpRx coupon, she actually said: “Oh NO, we can’t honor that. That’s below our cost.” Very unprofessional. And it turns out that TrumpRx is just GoodRx with the same PCN and BIN codes lol. I called Costco Pharmacy and they not only have the brand- name medication in stock - but also honor the TrumpRx / GoodRx prices! Even said I’d get a discount for being a member. Don’t ever go to this Ralph’s Pharmacy unless you want to get fleeced and deal with rude staff.
